Pot care, damages, returns
All my work is stoneware unless otherwise specified. Hand wash is recommended to preserve the colours and life of your pots, although my mugs can deal with the dishwasher just fine.
If your pot is damaged during shipping, please contact me with a photo and I will refund the cost plus shipping.
If you change your mind after you receive your pot, you can return it to me (at your cost) and I will refund the purchase price in full, no questions asked!

Notes before you buy
My work is handmade, thrown on the wheel, each pot individually painted and finished with glazes that are prepared from raw materials in my studio. I try to provide accurate photos and measurements but these are a guide; please do not expect perfection and uniformity, you have to go to IKEA for that. Glaze drips and blemishes, brush marks, uneven lines and trimming marks are to be expected. I cherish these as a sign of the work that went into creating each pot.
