Vase | Saana

Handmade vase thrown on the wheel with slab cut handles. Made in my studio with my own honey brown stoneware blend and painted with lead free non-toxic underglaze. The design is then fired onto the surface in a second firing at 1220c. The interior is glazed with a clear transparent glaze, allowing the natural warm tone of the clay to be displayed while making the vessel functional and easy to clean inside. The exterior is left unglazed. A one-off piece, only one made.

Hand wash is recommended.
